Full time position available on 3rd shift.
3rd shift
The position is responsible for approximately 50 employees. This position will provide leadership to the production work teams and is a member of the site leadership team. The Shift Supervisor has shift responsibility for safety, quality, productivity, equipment condition, and housekeeping. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager.
Requirements:
- Must be a leader with good communication skills, good organization, and the ability to motivate people to perform at high levels.
- Must be quality conscious and customer oriented.
- Previous experience as a production foreman/supervisor. Production experience in printing/paper converting is considered a plus.
- Must have physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Computer literate. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Kronos Workforce and manufacturing ERP a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish very helpful
- Must pass Drug/Alcohol and Background Screening prior to start date
